- The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- This offer is subject to cancellation at any time without prior notice.
- Prior to commencement of repairs, the service technician has the sole discretion to determine if the customer’s problem qualifies for the “We Fix It or It’s Free” program. During the repair, the service technician has the sole discretion to determine when a problem is not repairable.
The “We Fix It, Or It’s Free” policy only applies at the time of the original service. Failures occurring in the subsequent 90 days are covered under a Parts and Labor Guaranty. Travel charges will apply for all warranty repairs.
The following is a partial list of repairs that do not qualify for the “We Fix It, Or It’s Free” program:
- Slide-out room, Leveling Systems, Electrical issues, Refrigerator Cooling Units, Any repair that is declined by the customer, waste water problems, Air conditioning replacements or problems requiring parts which are no longer available through RV channels.
