If you’re looking for the best value, please consider these points;

  • Almost all mobile RV techs are self employed with no formal training, credentials or certifications. They have not passed ant tests and have no documented level of competency or knowledge.  The service technicians at Chadwick RV Doctor are all Master Certified.
  • Our Master Certified Technicians must complete annual training to maintain their RVIA Certification.  Non-certified repairmen don’t take any tests, or complete any CE courses. Any unemployed “wrench turner” can call himself a RV technician, and work on your rig.
  • It is rare to find a mobile RV repairman who has liability insurance. If your uninsured technician causes damage to your RV, you may discover he has no insurance and no assets to be claimed in a lawsuit. WE put our money where our mouth is. WE carry a one million dollar liability policy to ensure that our customers are never at risk.
  • :Typically when you call the competition, they don’t have a 800 number, so you’re paying long distance charges to talk to them. They usually have a backlog of calls because they don’t carry sufficient parts. When they arrive they likely won’t have the required parts with them, which stretches your service call or results in a 2nd trip. This adds expense and inconvenience to your experience.

Our service reps travel in 1 ton vans filled with a huge inventory of spare parts, allowing us to complete 95% of our calls in 1 visit. Because we finish our repairs during the initial visit, we can usually get to you within 1-2 hours without wading through a queue of backlogged calls

You can always find a less qualified person, at a lower price.But remember: “Quality isn’t cheap, and cheap isn’t quality”
